No. Every match is a skill-based competition between players wagering on their own performance. Settl never sets odds, never books bets, and takes the same fee no matter who wins.

Free-play virtual currency. Coins have no cash value and can't be purchased or cashed out during the beta.

The Challenge Board (filter by game), direct callouts, or challenge a friend from their profile.

Unplayed matches expire after 24 hours and stakes come back automatically. Nobody can freeze your coins by ghosting.

You bet on your own performance with sealed result submissions and evidence requirements.

Standard 20% of the pot, 18% streamed, 17% for members, 15% streamed members. Under Ⓒ 5.00/side it's a flat Ⓒ 0.50. Your exact take-home shows before you stake — no surprises, and every match gets a full receipt.

Double-entry ledger, receipts on every transaction, escrow from the moment a match is accepted, and daily reconciliation. It's the part of the platform we're proudest of.

Real-money play is built and goes live after our legal and payments approvals complete. Free-play records, ratings, and referral accruals carry forward.

Lower fees (−2%), spectator pools on your matches, backers can fund your stakes, and your stream is your dispute evidence. Link Twitch or Kick in Settings.

Spectators stake on either player of a streamed match; winners split the losers' stakes pro-rata after a 8% pool fee and a 5% cut to the winning player. The crowd sets the odds — Settl never does.

Players sell shares of their stake; backers own that share of the winnings. The player keeps a premium for playing.

Only for high-stakes head-to-head matches (Ⓒ 100.00+/side). Otherwise it's optional and rewarded. Solo challenges are never streamed live — a public stream would show your opponent the target before they play. Instead, solo matches of Ⓒ 25.00+ (and real-money solo) require a sealed Settl recording made in the Settl iOS app.

Your public trust profile: linked platforms, account age, record, rating. Check anyone's before you accept a challenge — that's the anti-shark system.
